Care and Cleaning
Coasters - Wipe with a damp cloth with mild soap. Not dishwasher safe. Do not soak in water.
Cutting Boards - Should be kept sanitized. After cutting raw meat or Poultry on it, wash it with a sanitizer or a solution of one tablespoon of chlorine bleach per quart of water. After sanitizing, wash board with soap and water and wipe dry. Do not immerse in water or put in dishwasher. Rub in board oil as needed to renew finish. Board wax can be used periodically to give the surface of the wood additional protection. Do not place "Oven Hot" pots and pans on surface.
