Inspirations of Eden Shipping Policy Terms & Conditions

By making a purchase at Inspirations of Eden, you agree to the following Shipping Policy Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email confirms that we have received and are processing your order.
  • Processing Time: All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. The standard processing time is 2-4 business days for in-stock items and 7-14 days for made-to-order items except for more complex builds. The standard processing time is listed in the product description.

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders $99+

  • Free Standard Shipping automatically applies to your qualifying minimum online purchase subtotal of $99. No promotion code is needed. Subtotal refers to the amount of the order before taxes (if applicable) and shipping.
  • Free Shipping Exclusions: Orders exceeding the maximum weight limit of 200lbs.; and applicable taxes. Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from free shipping. Additional exclusions may apply and will be noted on the Product Detail page and/or Shopping Cart. 

For orders under $99

We offer a real time shipping rate from the courier for orders under $99. Your shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page, before submitting your order.  Once your order is processed, the standard shipping time is 2 -6 business days.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Delivery & Details

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation of items.

U.S. Standard:

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 4-6 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments going to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. Inspirations of Eden fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Observed holidays include:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Inspirations of Eden cannot make changes to an address once the package has been shipped.

Additional Fees

Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item is shipped.

Unsuccessful Deliveries 

  • Returned Packages: In the case that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for paying for the re-shipment of their order.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be given for items that are not retrieved or are returned due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items

Inspirations of Eden is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. However, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
